When you browse
This website is hosted through Netlify. Hosting infrastructure processes technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times to deliver and protect the service. The hosting provider’s privacy terms also apply.
The website loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google for font files and shares technical connection information. No advertising pixels or newsletter system are included in the website code.
Inquiries and consultations
When you submit an inquiry or consultation request, Netlify processes and stores your name, email, phone number, province, topic and message. Consultation requests also include your preferred date, time and time zone. Jenny uses these details to respond and arrange a conversation. No mortgage application is sent to a lender. Times are requests, not live availability; Jenny confirms arrangements directly.
Your browser may retain autofill information. You can also contact Jenny by phone or email. An email link opens your email app; only you can choose to send the message.
Information you send to Jenny is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss your mortgage needs and arrange a conversation. An initial inquiry does not authorize a credit check, submit an application to a lender or subscribe you to marketing messages.
Please keep the first message brief. Do not include a Social Insurance Number, banking credentials, identification documents, or detailed financial records. Ask Jenny for the brokerage’s approved method of providing documents if you decide to proceed.
Calculator information
Calculator entries are processed in your browser, not submitted to Jenny or a lender by the calculator. Results are planning estimates, not an assessment of eligibility.
Service providers and processing outside Canada
Netlify provides hosting and form processing; Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Submissions are available to Jenny through the hosting service and its configured notifications. Hosting, form and email providers may process technical information and correspondence outside Canada.

If you apply for a mortgage
A mortgage application follows separate brokerage procedures for identity, income, property and credit information, lender submissions, compensation and relationship disclosures, and required records or reports. Purposes and consents are addressed through that process; a website inquiry is not a substitute.
Read Mortgage Edge’s privacy policy and the notices and authorizations supplied for your application. A website inquiry does not provide blanket consent to disclose financial information to lenders or credit bureaus.
Retention and safeguards
Direct correspondence may be held in Jenny’s email and the brokerage’s records. Retention depends on the purpose, whether it becomes part of a mortgage file and applicable requirements. Contact Jenny or the brokerage about records held about you and their retention. Inquiries and consultation requests are held in the form service and may also be held in Jenny’s email. Contact Jenny about retention or deletion, subject to applicable requirements.
Information must be protected with safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. Ordinary email is not a document-upload portal, and no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please report a suspected privacy or security problem using the contact details above.
Your choices, access, and corrections
You can contact Jenny by phone or email. You may request access to personal information held about you, correction of inaccuracies, information about its use or disclosure, or withdrawal of consent where permitted. Requests may require identity verification and remain subject to applicable exceptions and record-retention obligations.
Applicable privacy law can include Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), depending on the activity. PIPEDA can apply to commercial information flows across provincial or national borders. You can raise a concern with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or Alberta’s Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner, as applicable.
